He's broken up with his girlfriend,what to do?

This question relates to the boy in the previous ones so read them first and you'll have an insight of what has gone on. Right so the girl who stopped him talking to me,he dumped her and I don't know what to do. In school he always looks at me and finds an excuse to talk to me,we never talk on text though. He has no idea that I have liked him for the past year and I don't know whether to tell him or not,I mean there's nthing stopping me I'm just scared of getting rejected! Any advice would be appreciated,thank you xx
