Should I quit my dead end part time job for a dream job where some weeks I might not get any hours?

Basically I went for an interview today and have a trail day next week for a dream job in photography the interviewer is very keen she said she just needs to know I can do the job for sure. Only problem is there might be weeks where I have no hours she said that I would already be booked in two full months after the interview but there can be quiet periods. Its permanent though. The job I have now is only part time in retail and it sucks. The photography job isn t weekends and the shop I work in I work a sunday then two days in the week. I wanted to know what people thought? If the retail job wont let me do just weekends should I quit and chance it with the photography job? I am in my late 20 s and photography jobs are few and far between. But I live with my partner and if I had weeks where there was no work we would struggle money wise. Sooooo over to you guys ..........

I think you should choose your dream job because that would make you happier. And there is nothing in this world better than peace of mind.
