I need help with my website

hello. I have a personal website. the address is n6.freeiz.com. I made my nav bar from here: http://jsfiddle.net/3aqDD/14/. but I didnt wan the navbar to look like their result on jsfiddle. instead I wanted a vertical navbar with different colors. I want the link text readable. I want the flyout box to flyout to the side when any1 rolls over it with their mouse. what needs fixed?
