Can you sue a lawyer for client neglect if he is handleing a case for you and he doesnt call or rett

i have a lawyer who is handling a case for me but I call to speak to him but always get voicemail and he never call me back concerning my case .this has been going on for over a year. can I sue him

get a new lawyer. Dont sue a lawyer they know all the dirty and cheap tricks to win a case. Plus sueing is soooo expensive not even worth it. Best to start anew. Unless your rich...
