You should hire a call centre company because of various thing like:

under-promise and over deliver
Present a sample of customer complaints in team meetings
Respond more quickly to emails
Be honest
Listen to customer feedback
Build customer loyalty
Keep in touch with the customer
Reward positive behaviour
