Fine from spanish courts, help!

hi I recently got a fine from Spanish courts. I was arrested for being drunk and arguing. Well long story short, they told me to pay the fine before I leave, thing is I have some Spanish friends that said they were ripping me off and there should be 2 stamps. They gave me bank details which was 18 digits long but wouldn't tell me what the iban, sort code or account number was as it was all in a row. He simply told me to take it to the bank and they will know... I didn't have the right funding until the last day and all the banks closes early so I tried to pay over phone but the bank was telling me I needed to know what was what... They told me that if I don't pay the fine then I wouldn't be able to go back to Spain. The fine was €240. I'm so scared that I won't be able to go back... What do I do?
