Are DVDs or music CDs about organized crime allowed to be imported into the US?

I would like to buy a music CD and also a documentary about the ’Ndranghetà from Germany because I cannot find them for sale here in the US. Are these things something customs is going to prevent from being imported because the subject material is organized crime?

The audio CD is the 3rd part of a trilogy. The first two CDs in this trilogy were sold here in the US and I already own them. The DVD is from the same company that made the CDs. Here is a link to the site if that helps: http://www.malavita.com/news_en.html.
