Can a local business review another local business on facebook?

We have a dental office and were asked to leave a review on one of our labs' facebook page to help them out. I have left plenty of reviews as myself (the individual, not acting as one of my pages) but I seem to either be having an issue or there simply it is not an option for a business to leave a review on a business page. I checked and the lab page is definitely set up correctly to receive reviews (as I could leave one as myself) but the option simply does not appear when I act as a page? No luck looking this up on facebook or google. Anybody know for sure?

Yeah but only when you follow or like them. Although Facebook is absolutely free social media platform but it provide access of accounts to the selected users only.

We do not have a tool that will allow you to leave a review on a Business Page as your Page. This feature is only available to personal profiles. I recommend leaving a post on the Page as your Page. This will allow you to provide the Page with the desired feedback.

Yeah, you can easily review any local business on facebook but only through a personal profile, not a page.
