Weight loss wall!

Good evening , recently ive noticed im losing weight slowly not even a pound a week. I eat healthy and exersise daily. I heard that when you reach a certain point that its harder to lose fat because its a " healthy" amount that you should have . Is this true? Im having trouble with loosing the extra weight in my stomach the most. I do a cardio video almost everyday but still the stomach stays. I cut back on suger I only have maybe somthing sweet once a week or if its realy small like a mint a day. Do you have any idea why the pounds are sticking more ? Thank you!
