Ads and pop-ups problem, need help.

Recently I downloaded a program so I could download apple ond android apps on my laptops, however ever since my internet browser have been cowded with ads (pretty sure not from the website) and everytime I click on the screen an ad pops up... It's really annoying,
so does anyone know a way to fix this problem? cuz I deleted the programs and nothing happened...

get some kind of thing to scan your PC or whatever u have ^__^ that happend to me its annoying what kind of pop ups are they it might be a virus

It's not enough to remove suspicious programs from the computer because they may have changed some default settings on the browser or system at the very beginning. Therefore, yo have to reverse them all back to stop ads from popping up, such as changes in registry, homepage settings, add-ons and many more.
