What does this mean? Am I pregnant

Yes, I have been having unprotected sex. I was suppose to start my period early September, but it is now October so I did not have a period. I keep continuing to have cramps but instead of my period coming , I just continue to poop. Also my breasts are tender also. I really don't know if im pregnant or not, I really don't know what it feels like. I haven't had any nausea so idk.

You should take a pregnancy test, or visit the doctor. Since you have been having unprotected sex, expect the worst (or best) just incase, you should only really have unprotected sex if you're trying for a baby, but I'd recommend going and talking to a doctor.
