What is causing my knee pain?

I'm wondering why I'm having knee pain. The pain is mainly in my right knee. I can't tell where the pain is exactly, but it seems to be either the entire knee or the front/middle of the knee. It doesn't hurt to walk on it most of the time, but it hurts after running/jogging for more than a short period (several minutes maximum). It has given out before, normally a few times a week. It has recently began to lock up. The last time it did, I bent down to grab something and all of a sudden there was a fierce pain in my right knee, and I couldn't get up. I had to slowly stretch it out in front of me, and then stand up. It has only happened a few times, but it has only been happening for around a month. It hurts whenever I stand in one position for more than a few minutes if my leg isn't slightly bent. It also hurts to bend down. The pain started about a year ago. I injured one of my knees last year in basketball (can't remember which one) when I fell hard on it. It got extremely swollen and bruised, and took a few weeks to heal. However, I was still able to play in games during the injury. The only time I would play was when I got pushed down and landed on it while it was swollen. The problems started shortly after that. I had a physical done this summer to be cleared for sports, and the person who checked my knee said that I just had weak thigh muscles but the pain is mainly in one knee, not both, which makes me doubt that. I'm also only 14, almost 15.

I don't know what is problem in your knee. You should consult the doctor.

And also Ayurveda has a good solution for every disease. you should take Ayurveda treatment and also you can take ayurvedic pain medicine. I am always use Ayurveda for this type problems and buy this from online store because this type products doesn't get easily in local areas. You can also buy this from online store but many online websites does not give good service. I have searched many stores and I found a swasthyashopee.com which gives good service to customer. Good customer response and fast delivery service. You can search any health product in this site and also you can see health products in "Health and Nutrition"

This might be the case that you have damaged your patella. Visit a orthopedic doctor and take x-rays / mri which ever is advised.

It could be osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis? Do you have a history of fall on your knee in the past? You can try Ibuprofen 200mg thrice a day for 10-15 days and see if it’s working. Otherwise, I would suggest getting help.
