Does anybody know what these phrase-isms are called?

Does anybody know what these speech "isms" are called. Where you do a set of three items like this:
"I'm brave. You're a risk taker. He's a reckless idiot."
"I'm careful with money. You're frugal. He's a skinflint."

I wold like to find a page of them but I don't know what they are called.
