Windows 7 laptop will not display webpages that require personal information?

my computer (Windows 7) laptop will not display internet pages that require personal information such as pages where I want to buy something and enter personal details. Even my email inbox will not display - I just get a blank white screen. General pages such as the bbc news etc display as normal. Does anyone know what causes this? Thank you

Sounds like you've got a firewall blocking websites that want personal information. Probably for the best, if you ask me, but I think your computer is being a little overprotective if it won't let you check your email.

What do we do when we don't know what to do?
Google!
