Which is the best Tea between Black and Green Tea?

I am always confused with green and black tea for its health benefits, Because I have a lot of habit of drinking tea, but it's mixed up like some time I take Longjing , Spring Snail Tea and other times I will prefer for Keemun black tea .Some people are suggesting for Teanaga, If you want a simple and effective way to lose weight, start having black tea after every meal. This method will not make a heavy bill for you and you will not face any side effect of it.

Both are good tea you can prefer any of them because no one gives side effect like 'This procedure stops oxidation so the leaves hold their color and sensitive, new flavor.
To create black tea, leaves are collected and withered and afterward pounded, torn, rolled, or moved and permitted to oxidize before being dried'

1. Improves functioning of brain
2. Increases fat burning process
3. Help's in old age diseases
4. Lowers risk of type 2 diabetes
5. Reduces risk of cardiovascular diseases

Benefits of Black tea:
1. Lowers bad LDL cholesterol
2. Improves gut health
3. Reduces blood pressure
4. Lowers blood sugar level
5.Improves focus

Obviously green tea is much easier to make, but benefits wise both are on same standards. You can opt for any one, just make sure don't go for any local brands as they go for adulteration & sometimes sells the rejected powders of major tea gardens. I would suggest try premium green tea (https://www.goodricketea.com/product/green-tea) such as Goodricke tea, which has a very rich flavour and is completely fresh & pure.
