Cold Allergy with running nose and mucus

HiGuys,

I have been from India to United States, Minnesota which is one of the coolest place. I really love this places, and the people show towards travellers. From the moment, I came here I feeling cold with running nose and mucus in the lungs. I started taking some expectorants and medicine, feeling better but the moment I go out again it is coming back. Please advise

You are probably picking up allergens from this new place. If you are from India, chances are you have different plants, trees, and flowers there. You arent probably used to your new environment. You can try taking some allergy medicine before heading outdoors to help prevent, or at the least, weaken the symptoms.
I hope you enjoy your time here in America! :) And I hope your allergies improve!

Allergy like cold is a condition where the immune system overreacts to an intruding substance. These allergic reactions can cause watery eyes, runny nose, itchy skin, etc. To treat such allergies there are different types of allergic medicine ( http://www.samrx.com/allergy-drugs ) available in the market prescription based and OTC. Therefore before buying these meds, you should have a piece of basic information about it.
