If I am paying for my mother to be a full time nanny and house keeper is that considered a child car

Mine and my husbands work schedules are chaotic at best my mother has been able to accommodate as well as take care of the housework and pets for a blanket fee of one thousand. we are expecting another child and the price will remain the same. my husband believes this is Parental support where as I view it as child care.
