Please Help Me Find A Good Online Counseling For Teens?

I just have some personal issues I'd like to talk out with a counselor, but online. I cannot drive or call. And it must be a site that works in America. Not Australian or Canadian, those work only for those countries. If possible I'd like one that is mobile friendly so I can visit on my 3ds but if not, 'tis fine, I have a computer too.
