Help me tried to find my bf and only just his phone if u can if u cant, what am I suppose to do now

I (used?)had a bf, a long-distance relationship for 2 month we r using whatsa** and he is busy for his study for a month so we dint talked at all for whole month,and then I lost my phone, after I bought a New phone, so I literaly lost all contact with him. I tried to search him online, and found his facebook, I message him and no reply so I send a message again trought z***** which is how we met. And again he gave no reply too
So idk if he think im doing it for purpose or not
And I stil tried to find him
