Vegan friendly, Eco friendly & cruelty free cosmetics Australia

I am looking for personal cosmetics, ie. creams, lotions, foundation, face wash etc., that are vegan friendly (contains no animals or anything an animal produces), Eco friendly (their products take as minimal impact on the environment as possible) and cruelty free (their products are not tested on animals). I live in Queensland, Australia and am hoping to find a cosmetics brand that fit the above criteria. It can be a physical store or an online store that ships to Queensland.
