Body clock question!

For the past 4 days I have been going to sleep at around 5-6am and still not feeling tired, then when I do finally go to sleep I sleep until mid afternoon if I'm not woken up (I just went back to sleep for another 2 hours anyway).
Have a messed up my body clock somehow?
And is it bad for my health?
