How do me and my friends do cosplay when we live far away?

I met two friends on a chatting app on my hone. We are best friends and want to do cosplay but don't know where to meet. We all live in England but I live in Torquay, one of them lives in Wakefield and the other lives in Harrow in London. How and where do we meet?? Is it even possible??

Actually it Quite possible but all of you need to be able to go on a airplane or drive if your cites are THAT close and meet at ONE destination! such as maybe all of them could come to where you live or such but if your underage u might need parents consent to do it.
