Do guys who do diets gain abs and muscles by just eating fitness foods?

so im just wondering do they gain abs or muscles when dieting?

No. You have to watch your weight with fitness foods as well as exercising regularly. You can even hire an instructor to tell you what to eat and what exercise to do and other things. Hope I helped. :)
P.S. I know coz my brother does it.
