Easy to make dinners without using many ingredients?

hiya I like to bake and was wandering if any of you know any easy dinner recipes that don't use many ingredients? Thanks

quinoa vegetables etc

First You should start breakfast with oats , milk with powder and also include fruits and then in lunch time eat green vegetables with salad. At dinner time you should take light food like rice. And add a spoonful of whey powder from a natural food stores - this protein hit will help to keep hunger pangs at bay. And take care of vitamins.
