Will I actually get in shape?

Hi! I'm s 14 year old girl and recently I've been noticing that I have a little belly fat (about 5 pounds) abs done extra fat on my legs (about another 5 pounds) and I have gone on a diet but when it comes to exercising I'm not big on the whole run for 40 minutes or swim a 100 laps. I like to shoot some hoops for awhile, pass a football, go on a hike, jump on my trampoline, jump rope, ride my bike, just play outside. I was wondering if I eat properly and exercise just not so seriously could I lose 10 to15 pounds in 5 to 8 woods?
