Dose anyone know anything about REAL vampires?

my fiance and I think he is one... he has never feed on anyone but he always tells me he craves my blood, not as a joke. if anyone has information please please please help us. we would be greatfeul. and this really isent a joke.

celiac disease may cause someone to want to drink blood make sure to do some research and talk to a doctor about it.
in my opinion let him drink your blood and just maybe it will go away
