Please HELP ME get credit card refund for online product!

On line I ordered Product, I Immediately Cancelled order by phone. They emailed me several different times with change of price, offered several different refund amounts to me. This contact has taken place over 1mo.
I emailed Demanding return of product (that I cancelled & was mailed)
I asked process of Full refund, where to send product back. NO Response.
I received tel. call that I refused-- ALL business will be done on email- NO
Misunderstanding for each party due to paper trail. They refuse to reply or accept refund of product. PLEASE HELP ME!! Thank-YOU [email protected]

hi, I want share my experience it may help you, I have also a credit card from Alliance Bankcard, but I am not facing any problem til date. one of my friend had faced this type problem. he had purchased a book online and pay the amount with credit card, and after 3 business days he was receiving the product but he found some problem in the product, so he contact immediately and after one hr he received a call from the seller. they said we will deduct some % of money on your next purchased. and my friend book one more product and in this way he solved the problem.
