What should I do about paying mortgage

Myself and ex broke up over three years ago I have been paying mantaince since moving out for my child. She is now asking me to pay 50% of the mortgage which I can not afford. I am in a happy relationship with my new partner and we have a newborn child together we are renting a property and at the end of paying rent, bills, general expenses, mantaince to my ex and loans from buying house with ex I don't really have money left over. I don't know what I can to do help her if I simply can't afford to, she is telling me she bringing me to court but I don't see how dat will make me have more money to pay the mortgage. She has been paying mortgage since I have moved out and had another child short time after I moved out unfortunately they didn't stay together either

At first, you settle it down to have peace of mind with your new partner but instead you can ask support and child assistance from him. As the mortgage matures, the principal portion of the payment will increase and the interest portion will decrease. Ask advices from an experts lawyer to your situation or else you may visit us http://tldr.me/3ks16cyp
