Whats the best pills to relief period cramps?

Often , I never take pill for period cramp but when I feel it really painful. take an Advil. I need a pills that sale it in Bronx ,New York. in a pharmacy. please answer this questions as soon and fast as possible. hint: I am 18 year old.

Well I am not sure if they have this in New York, but I use Ibruprofen (I think that's how you spell it). It works within about half an hour, and does more than just take away cramps. There are probably more pills you could take made for that sort of thing though. Sorry if this isn't available where you live, I do not have much experience with that sort of thing. Good luck :)

I use midol when my period pain is already unbearable. I don't know if it is available in your country . If not, just find some pain reliever that is available in there.
