Can u learn another language (Filipino)

I want to learn Ilocano (Filipino language) my mother said I used to speak it quite well nearly fluently when I was around 3-5 years young and I stopped speaking it then I lost it. So I'm 13 now and I was wondering if I went to the Philippines for like 1-2 years and everyone spoke just ilocano to me and no english at all would I be able to speak it ? I'd prob loose my mind but I was just wondering ?? :)))

If you are looking for a place to share your travel photos and stories, then try BigRoom.

No, but you might learn some. You have to have someone teach it to you. Either a real person or a computer or even a book
