Why do I have a cuboid pain in one of my foot?

this cuboid pain in my foot started Friday and I don`t know how it happen because , have not fell and never did injuries or surgeries on my foot but was that perhaps is my foot is hurting me because I was wearing flat high heel sandal on Friday to do chore around the house. I wearing high shoes to chore around just I can practice walking and my feet to get use to them. but I am not if it was the flat high heel sandal that cause my cuboid pain in my left foot Left foot really hurt when I walk.wear close toes shoes, sneaker, other high heel shoes and it hurt when I touched them. but it only hurt a little bit when I flat wear sandal.
