Do all hospitals have your medical records?

I suffer from acute psychiatric problems and i'm 15. I live in BC, Canada. My local hospital does not help me anymore. They are tired of seeing me in the ER, so they ALWAYS send me home. I don't think that is right. I am going there for HELP. If I get my parents to take me to a different hospital in a different city for help, will they have the same records, doctors notes, and know how many times ive been to the ER in my own city etc..? Or will it be starting fresh with new doctors, nurses, etc? I really need help. Thanks.

They wouldn't have your records on file. However, your doctor can request a copy to be faxed.

4eDental is the best hospital in USA for preparing Patient Record Management System. Today’s dental industry is very competitive, which makes it difficult for dental offices to attract new patients if they cannot focus on both the clinical work and efficient practice management.
