Any fun easy vi?olent games for the xbox 360?

i don't want any lego games or anything like that. but I have sold almost all my games because I got tired of them, except some fighting games. and I just started playing borderlands 2 and it is really difficult. are there any easy and enjoyable games I can play like assassins creed, god of war, or a satisfying first person shooter? or something I wont get tired of? and I don't like games like dark souls, beacuse it is stressful.
