I'm 14, what should my workout program look like

I'm 14, 5'7", I am decently fit but not enough. I want to get a six pack, big biceps and good quads and calves. I eat pretty healthy too (I way about 127). I'm wondering what should my workout program should look like, what should I eat to stay healthy, how often should I workout and how long. When can I start seeing results too. Thanks and please leaves detailed answer.

Have a jog routine and maybe a walk. Do some soccer and other sports training. Do some type of sport
