Can someone tell me the game most similar to World of Warcraft, but offline?

I played WoW for years and then moved to the country and now have what is basically dial-up speed internet. I'm looking for something with a similar UI, questing, leveling, professions, spells and abilities, etc. but I generally preferred to solo a lot anyway so the loss of the MMO aspect wouldn't bother me.
