Please help me with this probability problem.

I roll 2 dice. Whatever the results are, these are my target numbers.
I therefore have a 5/6 chance of having two target numbers and a 1/6 chance of having one target number.

I roll another 2 dice. What is the probability that at least one of this pair of dice is a match for the targets previously determined by the initial roll?
