Guilt after watching porn

I am a 15 years old boy and have watched porn only once. But since then, I have started to feel guilty and I am not able to talk to my mom straight and look in her eye (she doesn't approve of porn). Please tell me what should I do
a. Tell her and then Stop Watching
b. Don' tell her, move on but stop watching
c. Carry on

B option! Dont tell her but stop watching

B is the easiest. Don't keep watching if you can't handle it. Did you know that watching pith messes up your Brain the same way drugs do..? Ummm not trying to scare you but it's addictive so stop while you can.

Most guys watch porn, there's nothing wrong with it. It shouldn't come between the relationship between you and your mother. If you're not ready to watch it then stop for the time being and if your mum thinks something is wrong then maybe tell her but it depends on the type of person she is because some people are understanding and others aren't.

Maybe you need to not watch it anymore and join a sport or club at school to get your mind off of it.

Im the same im a 15 year old girl and I watched porn once and I felt super guilty after but the a few month\weeks later I would watch one and again I felt super guilty and I cant tell my mom either so decided to not watch it any more I ask God to help me and to help me not think about and I havent watch porn for months I just find stuff to do to keep my mind off it. i say there are 2 options you can go with A. tell your mom and stop watching it, yes you will probably get into trouble but in then end you won't feel guilty anymore (Or tell a really close friend that you know you can trust won't tell anyone and won't judge you because then at least then you not just bottling it up forever) or B. don't tell your mom and stop watching but possibly still feel guilty because your bottling it up so the choice is your just make one that will be best for you.
