Car Radio not working. Please help!

I have a really strange question:

This afternoon I was messing around with my preset buttons. I held one down and stars showed up for the name of the preset. I held it down again and then the screen for the radio messed up. It has one station at the top which is playing, but it fades in and out even when I turn the car off. I have to press the power button a certain way to turn it off. The volume won't work either. A CD works and I can change the volume when there is a CD in, but I have to turn the car off to get the CD out. I also only have one station listed on the screen from the presets that I had. My Dad unplugged the fuse to the radio, but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

Seems to me you have a shorted component inside the circuit,I suggest to take it to an electronics repair shop they can diagnose the exact problem
