My girlfriend says she needs a break, someone please help me!

My girlfriend said that she needed a break because she thinks she might have feelings for someone else. Someone please tell me what to do, give me some advice or anything. I'm only 13 and I'm heartbroken.

Have a serious talk with her face to face or over phone if your not confident enough tell her how you feel and thay she needs to be honest if she really does have feelings for another guy and if she does then you'll have to let her go or fight for her (not physically)
