I have a few question over here, is that any professional personel who can help me?
1. Is that a crime if I take out jobs from the company that I am working now, and give to a friend of mine without notice to my employer?
2. Is that a crime if I steal customers from my ex-employer with the help from a clerk of them who's my friend?
3. If my ex-employer have evidence (an email from his customer that I've called) to prove that I've tried to steal his customer, what would happen?
