I there are so many foods that you can try and they may or may not help because everyone's body is different and responds differently! Also if you wan long term help with digestion, I would recommend a GOOD probiotic and multi vitamin. I never new how helpful these could be until I started taking them about 4 months ago. Hope this helps, let me know if need help finding a good probiotic and multi vitamin!
