What should I do about this girl that's picking on me and my friend?

I seriously don't care if you tell me to get off of this site because I'm way too young or whatever but there's this girl that's in the 8th grade and always treats us 7th graders like crap. Yesterday her mom had volunteered to let the girls come to her house to practice for the dance team and today I just found out that she made a video on Vine saying, "Teaching these dorks!" while they were outside and I was in the bathroom when she video taped it I think. One time she even made a joke about me and my friend being a migit or something! Shouldn't this be bullying?

You are not too young. I mean, I'm 14 and there are 10 yr olds on here! I think you should telll someone cuz that's bullying and the vine thing is cyberbulling which is illegal in some states (depending on where you live).
