Why do high school guys find me so freaking weird?

I'm not mean, stupid, dumb nor annoying but it hurts how they give me dirty looks or refuse to look me in the eyes. I cannot be that ugly because a lot of attractive guys have noticed me in the past but guessing it's because those are the ones who are much older or younger. The girls that they like seem to look older, are pretty then again are mostly blondes. I'm a redhead so does that even count? But seriously don't get the fact that I get older men and younger guys but not them. Even though I'm a 12 year old I've gotten mistaken to be a seventeen year old. What's wrong with this picture?
