Which is best supplement for vitamins c

I wanted to know how I could go about doing the vitamin c cure. Is there any specific source of vitamin c I should take or just anything with vitamin c would do? And how much should I take per day to keep myself healthy?

There is a lot of research out there on vitamin C, it is one of the most studied vitamins. I would look into the premium brands which offer larger doses and higher absorption rates. I would start with Liposomal vitamin C.
