How long does it take to get results of final college exams?

Hello! = ) I'm living outside the USA, so I need to know the following:

When senior students in the USA have finish their final exams for a bachelor degree - how long does it take until they know if they get the degree or not? Will they receive their results on the same day or just later? What's the process after final exams?
