Supplements.good or bad? a 17 years old teenager and I've started bodybuilding like 6month ago and my weight is 64kg and am thinking of taking supplements like whey proteine or mega am wondering is those supplements are dangerous for my health. or not.

It depends. Protein supplements won't be I know that. But pretty much anything that contains something that the body wouldn't naturally take in is going to be dangerous. I'd need to know brand names if I was to give you any more detail.

I mean whey protein or mega mass. they told me that whey is better and has no dangerous side effect if you took it correctly(no overdoses)

Supplements are only add on to your muscle growth, it doesn't mean you can't build muscle without taking supplements. If you are diet is on point then you will definitely grow muscle.

Supplements are good if you're consuming good quality whey proteins. Check the proper ingredients. When reading the ingredients list, look out for garbage like artificial colours and sweeteners, and harmful preservatives. Dont overdue it like dont consume whey proteins on daily basis.
