Why are US Americans so opinionated and judging despite being functionally retarded

and useless at anything that doesn't involve the use of money.

In virtually every other country in the world, people don't openly point out and comment on other's flaws. That is, unless they have something to offer and can help remedy such flaws. In USA, on the other hand, Americans just judge and criticize people they don't even know or have just met and couldn't do anything to help even if they're life depended on it. Unless it involved the use of money, but at that point, it's the money that is useful and not the individual.

In virtually every other country in the world, people don't talk out of their ass and offer unverified, copy/paste advice. In USA, on the other hand, Americans think if enough people agree on an opinion, it becomes fact. So even if Americans had advice to offer, it's recommended that you do not take it.

How can a country of useless and inept people be so critical and judging despite having no ability to do anything about anything? It's like a child trying to give a full grown adult advice on puberty.
