Knee swelled after started walking without support(10 months back surgery done)

8 months got surgery for leg, after few months starting walking with help of stand. from one month walking without stand. few days back tried to getting steps got pain and swell at knee. Later applied gel. Now no pain but still swelled. Please tell me the solution for this?

have you tried to put ice on a daily bases?
id go back to the doctor if the ice doesn't work.

Im not a chiropractor or anything, but you may have went off the support too fast. Make sure you ease yourself off the support so your body can slowly get used to it. Put some ice on it when it hurts and follow the RICE formula.
