Tell me how to update pe environment in my pc . I update it win8.1

I had win8 preinstalled in my lapy and yesterday I update it to win8.1 on starting it showed me Updating PE environment ... it was about half done and I signed off my Pc ... would anybdy tell me how to Restart that update ... becuse I thnk its not completed
