Pap smear abnormal

I recently received my first Pap smear at age 20. I got a letter in the mail saying they found some abnormal cell growth on my cervix to reschedule as soon as possible. I called my place I go to back and I spoke to the secretary who didn't know anything. Also with this letter was a colposcopy procedure booklet. They waited two weeks to even tell me and I didn't even talk to my doctor so I know nothing. Also I figured I would've gotten a phone call not a letter.. I'm thinking of going some place else and getting another Pap smear done just to be sure they know exactly what their doing and if I really need this testing done in the first place. Any suggestions ?
